The FUDGIEST Brownies, ever. 


  • 1 Cup (250mL)          All Purpose Flour

  • 1/2 Tsp (2ml)            Baking Powder 

  • 1/4 Tsp (1mL)           Salt

  • 1 Cup (250ml)         Butter (unsalted)

  • 1/2 Cup (150mL)    Cocoa Powder

  •  1 1/2 cup (275mL) Sugar

  • 6 oz                          Dark Chocolate

  • 4                               Eggs

  • 1 Tbsp                     Vanilla extract

  • ( All the Mini chocolate chips you want) 


  1. Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. 

  2. pre heat oven to 350 degrees (180C)

  3. Melt chocolate in sauce pan ON LOW HEAT, making sure not to burn it! Add butter and continue to melt.  Remove from head and add cocoa, mix well. 

  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well with each addition. 

  5. fold in dry ingredient (with spatula or paddle attachment) until JUST mixed, over mixing with add too many air pockets, that will create a cakey texture. 

  6. pour batter into a long rectangular pan or glass dish, evenly. 

  7. bake for 30mins, take out and let it rest* for 15mins before cutting. 

*Always rest your baked goods; like cookies and brownies. Even if you think their a bit gooey, it with continue to bake within its self because its SO hot. This helps finish the baking process and ensures no burning or hard edges.
